This New Syma S026 3CH Chinook Tandem Transporter RC Helicopter is fully assembled with all pre-flight adjustments completed.

Simply remove it from the box, charge and insert the batteries, and get ready to take-off.

The package is equipped with everything needed to get airborne (except 8 AA batteries for the remote controller).

While it has been precision engineered for flight, like other aircraft. It can be damaged by contact or collision with a fixed object. The product warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. Would you ask the Car Dealership for return or exchange after you bought a new car and crashed it ? We recommend that you would take your time and be patience during the learning period.

- We offer a 3 days DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty for defective items. Warranty will be voided by use, abuse or modifying of the item, RC Helicopters are very sensitive toys, it wouldn't be fair to us if you crash it and ask us for refund or exchange.

- Defective items can be return for exchange or full refund, minus shipping & handling.

- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable and non negotiable.
