Please make sure you understand what this means BEFORE you bid. The shell is new and the lugs are also, the lugs were bought in bulk and might have minor flaws in the finish from being stacked together but are in nice shiny shape. The lug screws are after market new screws 4x10mm and are not tama issued. Basically it means, that once you buy the item, it is yours. If you experience any difficulties with the item, immediately or down the road, we are not responsible. It is the buyers responsibility to understand what they are purchasing. Most of my drums, Items or instraments are new/demo's but we do not offer any factory warranty or guarantee with these items. We do test the items when possible to do so.
