Items are shipped within 24 hrs. of receiving payment (under most circumstances). Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days.

Express shipping is available in the United States for $25 and you MUST email me to let me know you have chosen USPS Express shipping.

International Shipping:

Shipping to Canada costs $25 and your items will be sent by USPS Express Mail.

Shipping to other countries costs $35 and your items will be sent by USPS Express Mail.

Combined shipping is available. Details appear in the shipping area below.

I only use Express Mail to ship international and items should take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Please note that international shipping may have duties, taxes or customs fees when your item arrives in your country. Customs forms cannot be marked as "gift".

Return Policy:

Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee and must come in original packaging from smoke free environment. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please email me with any concerns regarding your purchase.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The jerseycommissioner will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please contact me and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping. Please have the item number available to verify order received.

You are responsible for shipping any return to us within 14 days. Once we receive it, we will evaluate the item and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If we made an error, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item. After 14 days all sales are final.

Payment must be received within 10 days of when the auction ends. Non-paying bidders will be reported.
