Q:Where do I send payment?
A:Please send money orders to Quang Ngo / P.O. Box 6053 / Rosemead, CA, 91770. Remember to include your User I.D. and the item number with payment. Credit card payments can also be made by going to www.paypal.com and payable to valuediscounts@hotmail.com. Thanks.

Q:What's my total including shipping?
A:Please go through checkout to receive your total including shipping and any available discounts.

Q:When will you ship my item?
A:We ship 2 times a week between Monday and Friday, sometimes 3 times a week if we can. We do our best to make the 3rd trip to the post office since we know you are anxious to get your item.

Q:How long is delivery time once you've shipped my item?
A:Your item should arrive in approximately 3 days. Sometimes it's shorter than this; sometimes it's longer than this. Once we drop off our packages to the US Post Office, they usually stamp and process our orders same day. Delays, although unusual, may be possible.

Q:Can I track my package during shipment?
A:Once your item has shipped, we send you a "Item shipped" email. Most of the time, a delivery confirmation number will also be included in this email. While this won't track your package from place to place as it makes it way to you, it does allow you to confirm delivery.
