If item goes missing in the post i will make a claim with Royalmail so thay can investigate what happend to the missing item. I take all Serial numbers of the items i post. Any UK post that goes missing i refund in around 15 to 30 days for non UK post i refund in around 30 days. I refund by the same method by which you have paid for the item.
