3.Make sure that your PC USB interface is 2.0 Version , since our grabbers just support USB2.0
4.To prevent non-image display, please connect cameras to USB grabber and power on the cameras, before installing USB to computer.
5.if you need to remove the USB grabber, please follow the steps right click the taskbar-stop device-pull out the USB grabber.
6.Using our grabber with other USB devices simultaneously may cause the problem that PC can not identify USB grabber. Do not insert two or more USB video capture grabbers or Use with other PCI video capture grabbers at the same time.
7.In case of problems, please contact with local Technical Support for professional help.
