Return policies:
For all returns contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please include auction item# and eBay user ID with all your inquires. We will provide you with RMA# and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without RMA#. All returned products, accessories and packaging must be in original condition. Buyers must return items at his/her own cost and we will ship replacement unit by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post. There is 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned including, but not limited to, all returns with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any reason. All sales are final after the 14 day of the purchase. Software not refundable once opened.

Warranty information:
There is one year manufacture warranty from date of purchase. Compatibility is not guaranteed. A free copy of the written warranty can be obtained upon written request. Please note warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration of repairs. Opening unit will void your warranty.
