Chef Boyce was nominated for a James Beard award and is known for masterfully infusing California influences into classic French cuisine. Each candle is hand poured and made with new natural apricot wax pioneered by Voluspa Candles. The boxes are made of Palownia wood from a sustainable resource. There is no paint, stain, or lacquer on the boxes. A unique burning technique is used to bring our the color of the layers.
