We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase , However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us and providing items are completely unopened and in their original packaging, simply return your purchases within 14 days of receipt and the product cost will be refunded in full.
Returned items are sent at the expense of the buyer and must be packaged securely, together with any and all additional information, packaging and literature that came with the item. Buyers should obtain all necessary proofs of purchase, tracking information etc. when returning items – I cannot be held responsible for returns that, although sent, are not received.
Once items have been received and, where appropriate the refund will be processed. All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
