- Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item); any variable quantity
purchase listing such as an eBay Store listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased. This applies
even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.

Return Policy:
- Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period,
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of
receipt
- If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer
service representatives via email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a
completed RMA.
- Warranty period: Default 90 days warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the
specific item pages.
- Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
