This is a gate opener / operator for a dual swing gate. It includes the controller box, two remote controls electronic lock and other assorted hardware necessary for installation. This is a brand new unit.

Each gate is different and it is highly unlikely that you will be able to install a gate opener without some level of fabrication. The gate opener includes brackets and assorted hardware, but some welding cutting or drilling may be required to get it fully installed.

We ship within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment is received normally. This can very depending on season, but most of the time orders process in 1 business day. After we ship, it is up to the carrier to deliver to the customer, this will depend on how far you are in relation to our distribution center, what day the item ships, the volume of packages being sent at that particular time of year etc. You will receive an automated e mail from UPS or FedEx telling you the tracking number, be sure your spam controls are set to off so you will receive this email, note, it will not come from our email address, it will come from a FedEx or UPS automated email address, please do not mistake for "spam" mail and delete it.
*When will my email be answered?
We answer emails within 2 business days (excluding holidays).
*What do it do, if for some reason, my emails are not being answered within 2 business days (excluding holidays)?
