Jan. 19, 1987 issue of New York Magazine is complete and in fair condition. The cover is loose from the rest of the magazine and there's a tear down the back cover, but the rest of the magazine looks great. No mailing label or inside marks. Comes from smokefree household.

Cover story is 12-page article on New York's black upper class. Also inside: 4-page feature by novelist Alfred Kazin on the new Upper West Side; 6-page feature on the "Late Night With David Letterman" writing team, including Steve O'Donnell and Chris Elliott; and 5-page lingerie fashion spread.
