This is Very Informative piece on the Bell System and the Hearing of Sound. 

I would say this piece is in GREAT Shape.    This booklet also comes with 1 used test sheet for hearing musical tones and 1 used test sheet for spoken words.

This booklet is Clean and Flat and the images are Clean and Clear.  This booklet has NOT been folded and there are NO loose or missing pages. 

There are NO tears or stains and it is NOT faded.   Please see photos. 

This really is a very Interesting piece.
