If your projector is broken ,and not man-made damaged and in the first year warranty ,you only tell me what happened and take some image pictures to us ,we will tell you how to deal with it .and we will send you some fittings for free to help you repair it .the structure inside our projectors is very easy ,you only replace the broken parts .if the projector is not in first warranty year ,you need pay the fittings ,but just a little .
