Return Policy

For your total satisfaction, we offer a 7 days return policy. The items may be returned fully insured and signature required within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping, handling and a 10% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original box, unused condition (including all links), with all paperwork, tags, parts, accessories, and protective plastics have not been removed to insure any credit. Any timepiece with signs of use and/or being altered will be given credit by an extimation of value, including a 20% restocking fee. Once the item arrives in our office it will inspected to see if a credit will be issued. It may take up to three business days for the credit to be issued to the buyer once the item passes all the inspections.

Warranty

We provide a warranty of one year from the date of purchase on every watch we sell. Damage caused by neglect or misuse, water damage, or damage to the crystal or bracelet are not covered by Messina Jewelers. Messina Jewelers is the sole warrantor of every item sold through this website, improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Messina Jewelers will void this warranty. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
