DOA (Defective on Arrival) Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you receive a defective item return it to us and we will send you a replacement. While it has been precision engineered for flight, like other aircraft. It can be damaged by contact or collision with a fixed object. The product warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. Would you ask the Car Dealership for return or exchange after you bought a new car and crashed it ?
