Import duties, taxes and charges levied in your country or by your government are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility. Returns are accepted for replacement or refund if (a) an item is defective on arrival (b) significantly different from the listing description. Buyer should report defect or discrepancy within 7 days of receiving the package. Ship the package within 5 days after obtaining Return Authorization. The buyer will bear the cost of return shipping and the Seller will bear the cost of shipping the replacement. If a replacement is not available, Seller will give full refund minus the shipping cost.
If buyer returns without obtaining prior authorization, or returns a non-defective item for any other reason a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply before making the refund.
