Shipping

Shipping info Details

1. Most orders ship within 24 hours after payment is received.
2. Items weighing 7lbs or less will generally ship via Fedex Ground if you are located on the West Coast.  Otherwise, it will ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail (anywhere in the U.S.) unless otherwise noted.  It is up to our discretion which carrier we use to ship. If you have a preference, you MUST email us within 1 hour of placing your order.
   
3. Items weighing 7.1lbs or more will generally ship via FEDEX or DHL Ground (48 Contiguous States) unless otherwise noted. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping quotes if you are located in these areas.
4. Domestic and International Express shipping services are available. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping quotes for expedited shipping services.
5. Please do not email us asking for a tracking # unless it has been 2 business days after you've placed your order. Tracking #s will automatically be emailed to your PayPal email address directly from USPS, Fedex, or DHL. Often times, these emails get redirected to junk mail folders so please check prior to emailing us.
6. Shipping discounts can be offered if multiple items are purchased. Please contact us for combined shipping quotes if you are planning to order multiple items.
7. All items are professionally packed to ensure safe shipment.
8. International orders generally ship via USPS. Fedex or DHL shipping is available upon request. Please email us for international shipping quotes.
9. ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA WILL BE DUTY FREE. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL DUTIES AND TAXES.

Warranty » All our products are 100% original. WE DO NOT SELL CLONES! Most products will come with a manufacturer warranty. If the product happens to be dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it. Defective items will be replaced with the same item. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item either by phone or by email. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs (to us, and return shipping as well). Buyer must contact us for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to shipping it back. Packages without an RMA # will be refused and rejected. Please keep in mind you can purchase an extended warranty through the SquareTrade link at the bottom of our auctions.

Return Policy » A replacement will be issued for DOA items. Returns are accepted up to 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be sent back with all original equipment, accessories, parts (including manufacturer packaging material), and in brand new/resalable condition. Returns will NOT be accepted for any items with third party software loaded on them, as this voids the original manufacturer warranty. In addition to all shipping costs, the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Note on returns – When returning an item, we suggest you insure the package and use a courier that offers tracking. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
