 The wheel measures 14 inches diameter, height till wheel top is 27inches, lenght 29 inches.

We will ship it assambled, but it will be easy to collect. We sell it "as is" and can not quarantee that it will work well, however we tryed to turn the wheel and it goes well. Please check all pictures. Good luck!
