Nicole Ohlde 2007 WNBA Rittenhouse Card #7

2007 WNBA Rittenhouse Card of Nicole Ohlde.  Card# 7.  NrMt-Mt.  MARKET REPORT:  In their third year of producing cards for the WNBA, Rittenhouse has done a fine job on this year's base cards.  Though the design reminds me of the 2005-2006 Topps with the swoosh,  I still find it more appealing than the previous two years.  The collation is near perfect.  There are 24 packs per box, 7 cards per pack.  Your supposed to receive 3 autograph cards and two rookie cards per box (this year's R/Cs are serial-numbered to 444--making it a little easier to complete the set not to mention that in the previous two issues you received 2 Autos and 1 R/C).  Actually, I received 3 Autos and 3 R/Cs in the first box and 4 Autos and 2 R/Cs in the 2nd box--nothing better than a few bonuses!  Out of each box I was able to complete one base set per box and almost finished a third base set by combining duplicates from both boxes.  The negatives are few.  The Insert cards are weak this year compared to the previous two issues--very weak!  But on the plus side, something new:  four parallel cards per box--serial-numbered to 333--for those into parallel cards--I guess, this is a bonus but Rittenhouse did very little to differentiate the design of these parallel cards except to serial-number them, change the front photo surface from glossy to flat and changing the player's name from black to metalic silver.  One more note, due to the fact that Lisa Leslie is not playing this year due to her pregnancy--I thought it was a nice tribute to photograph her pregnant (very) anyways--it is the last card of the base set, card #90.
