Please note that we are closed on the weekends and holidays so E-mails and payments received after Friday afternoon will not be processed until the next business day. If you are not receiving responses to your E-mails, **PLEASE** give us a call.  E-mail is not perfect. Some computers and Internet Service Providers have SPAM prevention software running which may be trashing legitimate E-mails (AOL is famous for this), E-mail servers can go down and lose mail, etc. We answer every E-mail we receive, so if you are not getting a response please call so we can get you taken care of. If you are E-mailing to ask about the status of your order, please include the type of payment you used, the name you paid under EXACTLY as it would be shown on your payment and your item number. This helps us find your order in our system easily. (If we receive 30 E-mails all asking "Did you get my payment?" with no other identifying information it is very hard to figure out which payment was yours...)

COMBINED SHIPPING

We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money on shipping. We do require that all items must be paid for via a single payment. This makes it possible to match your items up for shipping, and eliminates the extra fees we get charged when separate payments are made. (If you make 10 separate payments, it can cost us up to an additional $3.50 in fees just to accept those separate payments. A single payment helps us keep our handling cost low - which in turn allows us to pass the savings on to you.) If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply.  You may obtain combined shipping quotes in two ways. eBay's system can do an automatic combination for you or you can E-mail us for a shipping total.  You will probably get a cheaper shipping quote if you E-mail us with the item numbers you wish to combine and your shipping address as eBay's automatic system is not very flexible. We will either issue you a combined invoice through ebay, or give you an estimate number you can reference on your payment to make sure you get the combined rate. 

WHEN MAKING PAYMENT

We accept Paypal (Ebay Payments), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Checks and Wire Transfers. You must include your shipping address with your payment. Please click on the "Learn more about RCBoyz" link for payment and contact information. If you are using Paypal and have special instructions, please contact us before making payment. Please do not use Paypal's "Notes" section on the payment as these notes do note always appear on the final payment page. We do reserve the right to restrict  payment types or to require verification of identity to help prevent fraud.  If payment is not received within 7 days, your item may be released to other bidders. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 Most packages will arrive within 3-14 days. Claims for lost packages cannot be filed until 30 days have passed. By making a purchase from us you agree to allow 30 days for your package to be delivered. Lost packages are rare, but we ask that when it occurs you work with us to resolve the issue. We ship quickly, but have no control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves our hands. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please E-mail us for a shipping quote that includes a guaranteed delivery date (such as Express Mail, or UPS 2 & 3 day delivery services).  Packages will ship via first class mail, priority mail, or Fedex Ground depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may incur additional charges (because we normally ship our heavy items vis UPS).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We like to keep our items available to buyers across the globe. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms for international shipping before bidding. This will help us keep our items available to international buyers. Flammable items such as paints (non-water based or flammable), fuels, and similar items cannot be shipped internationally. Some countries have restrictions on what may be imported into that country - please make sure you can legally import the item before you bid. Some countries have size restrictions on packages. If you are ordering large items such as airplane kits, please contact us before you bid so we can make sure the item can be shipped to you as there are size restrictions to some countries. International shipping is extra and the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence.) You will need to check with your local customs office to determine what taxies and duties will be owed. Those fees are levied by your government. We have nothing to do with them, nor can we predict when or how much you will be charged in duties. Average Airmail transit times are 10-20 days, but can take longer. The UK, Spain and Italy  commonly see longer transit times.  During the Christmas season airmail transit times of 6 weeks are not uncommon. By making a purchase from us, you agree to allow 45 days for a package to be delivered - if your package has not been delivered by that time, we can declare it lost and get a refund or replacement for you. Insurance will be required on all international packages. If you require faster delivery or need an in-transit tracking number, please ask for a shipping quote for Express Mail.

 P.O. Box, APO/FPO, ALASKA, HAWAII, and US POSSESSIONS SHIPMENTS

Flammable items such as paints (non-water based or flammable), fuels, and similar items cannot be shipped to these addresses due to hazardous materials restrictions. Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments going to these locations (because heavy items we ship via UPS ground within the continental US - a method that cannot be used to these locations).

Insurance

We offer insurance as an optional charge on most domestic shipments because very few packages are ever lost. We also package our items very well to prevent damage - so we leave it as an option to help keep your shipping inexpensive. We don't feel it makes sense to make people pay $1.30 to insure a $2 item. If you accept and pay for the optional insurance RCBoyz will accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit. If you do not purchase this insurance, by placing a bid you agree that the item is FOB Salt Lake City, Utah (a legal term meaning you assume possession of the item as soon as it reaches Salt Lake City) and that you accept all responsibility for loss or damage during shipping from that point. Please help us keep your shipping inexpensive by living up to the choice you make. Remember the alternative is for to charge insurance on each and every package.
