FYI: I have a smoke and pet free home but many of my items are second hand and I have no way of knowing if the previous owners had smoking pets. There are several large photos bellow. Please wait while they load.

Some of my items are 20 or more years old. I can not offer any kind of warranty or return. All of my sales are AS IS. If the item you receive is not as listed in the auction please contact me before leaving feedback and I will try to make all parties happy.

VIDEO GAMES and SYSTEMS: Due to the age of these games, I am selling them AS IS. Every game I sell is tested and working at the time of shipping (unless NIB). Any damage to the game cosmetic or otherwise is noted in the auction description. Please check the photos carefully. If you have any doubts or misunderstandings please email me BEFORE you bid using the "ask seller a question" link at the top right of this page. Some games contain a battery for the "SAVE" function to work. Nintendo has estimated that game batteries have a life of up to 10 years. If a game requires a battery to save the game data it may be dead or near death. I would recommend changing the battery.

EVERYTHING ELSE: Any damage cosmetic or otherwise will be mentioned in the auction and/or shown in the photos. Damage occurring during shipping is possible so if you have a high value item I HIGHLY recommend you purchase insurance to cover any damages caused by the post office/customs/Godzilla. By not purchasing insurance you are agreeing that I can not be held responsible for anything that happens to your item once the item leaves my hands. I am a reasonable person and not a giant faceless multi-million dollar company so please contact me with any concerns before or after the auction end. I will do my best to make everyone happy so please contact me before leaving negative feedback and spoiling my magic and sparkly 100% positive rating.

PAYMENT:

The sooner you pay the sooner I can ship it. I ship the next business day after I receive payment so it is in your best interest to pay quickly unless you are in no hurry. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction end time. If you do not pay/contact me within the 7 days I will of course open a non paying bidder report with eBay.

I greatly prefer PAYPAL but I will under certain circumstances I will make payment exceptions so feel free to ask a question through eBay using the "ask the seller a question" link on the top right.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

If you happen to be living in the Kansai area I would be happy to arrange a pick up or meeting location, please email me to make arrangements. Cash payment only for pick up. Shipping within Japan should also be cheaper.

The buyer will pay the total cost of shipping and handling. This price also includes the cost of any materials I have to buy to ship and pack the item. I try to keep costs low by recycling boxes/packing materials as often as possible but not at the expense of quality or the safety of your purchase. The buyer may be responsible to pay duty, tax or other customs fees in your own country. I have no control over this or any delays you may encounter (Italy and France seem to be famous for this). If you have won a high value auction I recommend requesting EMS delivery as it will give you a tracking number and peace of mind. I go to the post office every business day. Please keep in mind the time difference, a Friday for you may already be Saturday for me.

Airmail service will cost NOTHING! and will typically take about 3-15 days and does not include a tracking number. (Please note that due to recent bad experience with the postal systems in Italy and France, Airmail will not longer be an option on items with a end price of $25 or more. Italian and French customers will have to use EMS service. Sorry.)

EMS express service is also available and will cost $16. It includes a tracking number and insurance and will take 3-7 days.
