Nike Tennis In Bounds Skort with Built In Shorts

I have this skort in a size M in White and the waist on it is about 31 3/4 inches unstretched.  I think that these are sized wrong. These blue skorts measure 34 1/4 inches at the waist unstretched. So I really think they are a large but marked medium.  Please be sure of your waist size before purchasing this skort!!

Nike calls it a powered blue/marine.  ??? I think it has an aqua hue to it.
