DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being made through Paypal.  All items are double boxed - the original box is placed inside another box with packing material (if applicable) for safety.  Should any delay arise in the shipping process, I will notify you via e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship to all countries in the world.  Shipping times vary depending on the country you are from.  Most Canadian packages arrive within 4-7 business days.  Most European and South American packages arrive within 7-10 business days.  All other Countries should expect at least a 14 day transit time.   Please note that these transit times are just estimates and do not include additional delays from the items being held in your country's customs office.  International Shipping times are not guaranteed.

DOMESTIC TRACKING INFORMATION

All domestic shipments will have a USPS Tracking number.  Once I print out the shipping label for your package, an automated e-mail is sent from Paypal to your e-mail with the tracking number and shipping information.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see your shipment information e-mail from Paypal.

This item is Shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and comes with a USPS International Tracking Number

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on all my items sold on eBay and will be processed as refunds through Paypal.  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.  Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received in (i.e. with tags attached, new in box, etc.).  It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping charges.  All returned items will have a 5% restocking fee assessed to the refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was the wrong item or grossly misrepresented in the auction description.
