EXCHANGE POLICY:

However in the extreme case of an item arriving defective, an exchange is justified and allowed. Buyer must contact Seller within five days of receipt and item must arrive back to Seller within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags, Booklets and Gift Box. S/H is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. No exchange is honored 10 days after receipt of item.

Buyer must contact Seller within five days of receipt and item must be returned to me within 10 days of receipt.
