Used items can range from heavily used to practically new. We will do out best to give an honest description below.

This used Nikon 17-55mm f2.8 was a local trade. The lens is in very good condition, however there are a few minor cosmetic flaws. The lens hood has some scuffs and a few scratches. It seems that a label was taped onto the hood and after removal some residue is still on the hood. The person that owned this lens must have used the hood often. This is evident if you look at the lens hood mounting area on the end of the lens; you will see three areas that are down to bare metal. There are some fine scratches just behind the zoom ring on the lens. These are all very small scratches. With the lens at the 17mm wide angle position the barrel has scuff marks running in a circular pattern around the lens. This will not be noticed if you use the hood. The glass is perfect, no scratches or pits. The lens focuses fast and is almost silent. The lens was made in Japan and is serial number 301365. This lens comes with front cap, rear cap and a lens hood.

Buyer pays for all shipping fees via UPS ground or USPS. Additional fees apply for shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Residents of Kentucky and Indiana must pay 6% sales tax. Credit card sales will only be shipped to the billing address. PayPal sales will only be shipped to confirmed PayPal addresses. All purchases over $250.00 will require a signature by a person over the age of 21 upon delivery. Purchases usually ship the next day. Purchases made after 1:00pm Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We will send you a tracking number via eBay's email system when your item ships. Returns

Merchandise is available for refund within 7 days of your purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and in the same condition as when we shipped it. New merchandise must have all of the original packaging intact and blank warranty cards. Shipping fees are not refunded.
