The lens is the Nikon 55-200mm f4-5.6G ED AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor lens for the Nikon DX format SLR's. The lens has a 3.6X zoom, the Nikon Silent Wave Motor, and the VR or Vibration Reduction.

The lens comes with the Nikon 90 Day warranty, hood, pouch, and the front and rear caps. Nikon does not state why these are "reconditioned" though they have been inspected by Nikon techs and are in perfect condition. Full money back satisfaction guarantee.

This 55-200mm f4-5.6G AF-S DX VR lens is a perfect companion to the Nikon 18-55mm f3.5-5.6G AF-S DX lens. I also have these reconditioned and on auction now.
