= Michigan residents will be charged 6% state sales tax.  Local pick up is available for free at our store location.

= Returns:    All items are sold and represented "as is".  We only consider returns on items that are not as described in this auction or otherwise misrepresented.  Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving item to initiate a return.  NO returns will be accepted after this time period.  Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns.  Any items broken or damaged during shipping must go through the claim process with shipping company. 

=  Condition of Items: All items are sold "As Is".  While we do our best to give as much information as possible on each item, such as any defects, missing parts, blemishes, etc.  items are sold as is and cannot be returned.  Items are usually in "Used" condition unless otherwise indicated in the description area of this auction item. 

= Invoices: Upon completion of Auction, winning bidder or buyer will receive an email from ebay.  Consignment Circuit Drop Off Store will also send an email notification to winning bidder with payment and item information. Buyer will receive an email once item is shipped with Tracking Number.

=  How We Ship: We ship using UPS Ground.  All shipping costs are based on weight and Buyers Zip Code. We will do our best to ship all items within 24 to 48 hours once payment is received and confirmed.  Auctions that end before 12 Noon EST, we ship same day, other wise, within 24 hrs., excluding weekends.  We currently ship only within the (48) United States.  All shipments will be shipped UPS ground, 1-6 days.  We also offer UPS overnight shipping on items with time constraints attached.  Please contact us if you have any special concerns about shipping.

=  Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.  All shipments are prepared in our drop off store by us and packaged with great care as to arrive to you in un-damaged condition.  We will email buyer a confirmation as well as a Tracking Number once item is shipped. 

= PayPal payments We prefer confirmed addresses with paypal, but not an absolute requirement.   

= Insurance: We will provide shipping insurance on every order at no extra cost.

= Combining Orders: On certain Auctions, we can combine shipping for you. We will work with you to save you as much as possible.   

= Local Pickup: Please let us know in advance if you will be picking up your item in person at our store.  Our hours for local pickup are as follows:

= P.O. Boxes: We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  We only ship to physical addresses, both residential & commercial. Exceptions can be made if you contact us first.
