Nikon fit Vivitar 55mm f2.8 Ai lens in good condition

Lens SN 28201013. Made in Japan. All metal mount. It has Nikon Ai lens mount. It will work on older Nikon film cameras, such as F, F2, F3, Nikkormat. It can be mounted on digital cameras, but it will work only in M mode. It is true macro lens, it focus down to 1:1 macro setting without any attachments.

I would rate it at 9+ for cosmetics and at 10 for performance on a scale of 10. Lens works great. Very clean glass. Front and back glass elements are in good condition, I don't see any scratches. I would rate glass as 10. Glass is free of fungus or haze. No internal dust. Lens has no rub marks or scratches on the lens barrel. Aperture blades are free of oil. Aperture ring clicks at every stop. Filter rim is in good condition. Smooth focus, all the way. Everything works as it should. It comes with both rear and front caps.
