I don't just say that. I make sure the item is okay and sometimes I may have to repair a torn box or add some better packaging for the item. I make the item as presentable as possible. Items work and are complete when they leave here, that is made sure of. Sometimes I get items out of box or the box is so damaged, I just leave the item out of box. I do what I think is best for you the buyer. I do takes things out of box, put them together to make sure everything is in order and then put it back in the box. Sometimes you will find evidenec of that when you open the item. I do that to try and make sure we don't have any issues when you receive your item. It is not a used item when I do that, it is just a precaution I take. All items are described to the best of my ability.
