Terms & Policies PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

I would like to allow everyone the opportunity to bid on my items, however I must ask that you contact me BEFORE bidding if:

·         You have a feedback score less than 5

·         You have more than 3 negative feedbacks in the last 3 months

I reserve the right to refuse bids placed by individuals that do not meet these conditions

Please remember that a bid is a legally binding contract. Please do not bid if you are not really interested in the item. Please insure that you read and accept all terms of sale including the price, condition, and shipping cost of the item(s). All pertinent information is clearly stated in the description and your bid is your promise to purchase the item(s).

I will pursue all deadbeat bidders to the fullest extent of the law.

The winning bidder is expected to pay within three (3) business days no exceptions.  I accept PAYPAL ONLY.  If payment is not made or you have not contacted me within the three days I may issue a non-payment strike and leave negative feedback. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds before you bid.

NO LOCAL PICKUPS

Shipping rates vary based on package size, weight and destination. Any rates quoted are only estimates based on the destination country and shipping service. The actual amount may be more of less depending on the factors listed above. If you would like to have a more precise estimate you may contact me for a quote. If my quote ends up being more than the actual shipping cost I will adjust the final total accordingly.

All sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on anything I sell. Although I stand by the accurate description of my items, I cannot offer any warranties on items I sell, as there are too many factors beyond my control. Therefore all sales are “as is” unless otherwise stated.

As with most sellers on eBay I care a great deal about my reputation. So I make every effort to ensure the accuracy of my listings and quality of service. However, I accept no liability for items lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered inoperative by any means. Shipping insurance is available at the request of the buyer. I also do not accept liability for delays in shipping. There are many factors that can cause delay.  Such as the courier and service (i.e. ground or air), postal strikes, customs procedures etc. Once I drop off the package it is out of my hands so bombarding me with emails or leaving negative feedback will get you nowhere. I always give payment and shipping confirmation with tracking numbers (if available). Please be patient.
