I will ship this auction to the United States ONLY within 72 hrs. of receiving payment. I ship via the USPS only with Delivery Confirmation to verify the date & time your package was delivered. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE The shipping & handling fee for this auction is non-negotiable! I charge a standard fee to cover shipping costs anywhere in the United States. A small handling fee has been added to cover the price of shipping supplies to ensure your package arrives safely: such as boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, peanuts, paper & ink to print labels, eBay listing fees, PayPal fees to use their service & the gas used to get your items to the Post Office. INSURANCE   POLICY I am NOT liable for any uninsured items that are lost, stolen, broken, left in extreme weather conditions, etc. Insurance is optional on all my auctions. It is up to you to decide if you want it. If you do purchase it and there is a problem I will mail you the receipt for you to take to your local Post Office to file a claim. If you opted not to insure your package there is absolutely nothing I can do to assist you! Please make this choice wisely. RETURN POLICY I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on any of my auctions because everything I sell is in good working order. If I do decide to accept a return & issue a refund, you must email me within 24 hours of receiving your package to let me know why you are not satisfied. I will not accept returns simply because you did not like the game. Item(s) must be shipped back to me within 48 hrs. from the time it was delivered to you. It must be sent back with all packing materials in the original package with tracking. You must email me the tracking number on the day it was shipped back to me. I will NOT pay the return shipping/tracking charges, you are solely responsible for these fees. A refund will be issued once I have safely received the item(s). If the Post Office returns your package to me because they were unable to deliver it to you for any reason & you failed to pick it up at the Post Office after the carrier leaves you a notice to pick it up, I will NOT issue a refund on any of the shipping or insurance charges, nor will I pay to reship it back to you. I will refund the amount of the winning bid ONLY in this case.     ITEM CONDITION Some Video Game Consoles, Games, Controllers, Connectors, Manuals, Magazines, Accessories, etc. may have wear & tear such as: (light/heavy) scratches, nicks, holes, ripped/worn/torn or fading labels, missing labels, missing pages, stickers stuck on items, or markings on them made with a pen, marker, etc. I have tested all games & systems for at least a 1/2 hour of game-play & every item I sell works great. All pictures shown in my auctions are of the original item you are bidding on.
