Description
The original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) was released in the United States in August, 1985. Backed by classic games such as Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda and Excitebike, the NES was instantly a hit. Its graphics were far superior to any home-based console that had come before it, leaving gamers with the feeling that their homes had been transformed into real-life arcades. The NES spawned a variety of interesting accessories, from R.O.B. the robot to the Power Pad controller, and went on to sell over 60 million units worldwide.

CONDITION: 

This system plays great!  And  talk about a great game lineup!  The games and system and both been professionally cleaned, and I installed a new 72-pin adapter.  Cleaned games should start the first time.  (For game cleaning tips check out my guide:  http://reviews.ebay.com/SECRETS-COMPARED-Cleaning-NES-Cartridge-Game-Contacts_W0QQugidZ10000000011306141) 

Some of the games have label wear as show in the photos.  However, they play great.  Also, as seen in the photo, the door on the Nintendo is missing a chip of plastic.  That too doesn't affect performance.  This is a great old school gaming setup despite those two cosmetic flaws.
