Terms Of Sale

All vehicles are for sale locally. Miles Chevrolet-Nissan reserves the right to end any auction early, due to local sale. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made, we may relist the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise.

As we are a dealership, vehicles in our inventory are driven occaisonally and therefore, the exact mileage may differ from that noted in the listing.

Notice to Bidders: Illinois is a title holding state. Some titles take 3 to 4 weeks to receive from the state. Titles that are paid with cashiers checks are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. All sales are subject to a $150.00 documentary fee and all applicable state fees and taxes.
