The buyer must report defect or damage to us within 3 days of receiving the item or it will not be honored

If item arrives with a manufactory defect, it must be reported within 3 days after the item is delivered
We will only replace the defective part, not the entire unit. (Valid only for electronics and parts. Does not include engine)
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and of the replacement we will send to you
Please note that once the engine able to start and run, anything after that is not consider manufacture defected
Customer will be responsible for tuning the engine to correct air fuel mixture ratio due to different weather, atmosphere, or elevation
If the engine is not able to start , please note that 99.9% of the times it is because of user error. Therefore there is no warranty on the engine and we will not replace it for a new one. Replacement of the engine would have to be through the engine replacement program in which the buyer send the defective engine back and pay 1/2 of retail price for a new one
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges of the returned item and of the replacement we will send to you
If item arrives damaged due to carrier's negligence, we will file a damage claim for the buyer and arrange for a replacement item
A replacement will be shipped once we receive all necessary paperwork from our shipper
Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees
