  • We will only replace the defective part, not the entire unit. (Valid only for electronics and parts. Does not include engine)
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and of the replacement we will send to you
  • Please note that once the engine able to start and run, anything after that is not consider manufacture defected
  • Customer will be responsible for tuning the engine to correct air fuel mixture ratio due to different weather, atmosphere, or elevation
  • If the engine is not able to start , please note that 99.9% of the times it is because of user error. Therefore  there is no warranty on the  engine and we will not replace it for a new one. Replacement of the engine would have to be through the engine replacement program in which the buyer send the defective engine back and pay 1/2 of retail price for a new one
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges of the returned item and of the replacement we will send to you
  • If item arrives damaged due to carrier's negligence, we will file a damage claim for the buyer and arrange for a replacement item
  • A replacement will be shipped once we receive all necessary paperwork from our shipper
  • Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees
