Payment - Payment is due within 7 days of (last) auction ending.  We do combine shipping charges with multiple auction wins in a 5 day period.  Please notify us if your interested in multiple auctions and when you are done shopping.  Let us do the invoice so we can apply our shipping discount (for multiple wins). Unless we are notified of special circumstances after the 8th day a non-paid dispute will be filed.  We're not fond of this which is why we are asking you to communicate with us if there is an issue with your payment within the 7 day payment requirement.

Refunds Policy - Money back, replacement, or merchandise credit when item does not work as intended.  We MUST be notified within 5 days of confirmed arrival to qualify for a refund.  Again communication is key.

Insurance - We offer Postal Insurance on all our listings.  The only exception is purchases going out of the United States (unless requested with an additional charge to the buyer).  With a very few exceptions (email us if you have a question regarding these exceptions) we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when insurance is not purchased.  If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged you must contact your local Post Office to make a claim IF you purchased insurance.

Shipping & Tracking - We only ship packages Monday thru Friday.  (Example: if your purchase is paid for by 6pm on Thursday your package will be mailed out Friday, payments received after 6pm (with few exceptions) will be mailed out on Monday).  When shipping in the USA online offers free tracking for Priority Mail and a small fee (for buyers) for 1st Class, Parcel Post and Media Mail.  Once we request the shipping label to be made an email will be sent to the email address you have on ebay giving you when it was shipped and the Tracking number.  SPECIAL SHIPPING requirements must be communicated to us (prior to payment) to insure your item arrives to you as you want it to.  We use padded envelopes with most items,  boxes can be used instead upon request.  Due to weight change for box the shipping charge will increase depending on the item.  Also, whenever possible we use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.  So always write to us prior to payment if you have any questions on shipping.
