The No-Baste System for fabric works in concert with the No Baste System for Scroll Rods (sold separately) and eliminates the need for hand stitching or machine sewing the fabric to the webbing on scroll rods.  This unique design allows you to remove and reattach your project in seconds.  If you already own a set of scroll bars with the traditional webbing method - you can even retrofit them to use this No-Baste system.

The No Baste System for Fabric attaches permanently to the fabric and must be cut off before framing.  It is very strong yet very thin, measuring only 3/8" in width.
