We do not reimburse for third party repairs or purchases. We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described. If you believe the item you received is not as described, notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. If product is defective, a refund or a replacement, if stock is available, will be offered if contacted within 30 days of receiving the item. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the 30 day approval period! Buyer pays return postage if buyer purchased phone in error.
