Each of our listings includes a shipping calculator which can determine rates to your location (unless the item is being shipped by freight carrier or the item is available for local pick up only).  For most items, the calculator and the end of auction e-mail received by the winning bidder will show rates for both UPS and USPS.  We will be happy to ship the item through any of the options provided by the calculator.

We insure all packages through U-Pic Insurance Services against loss or damage in transit.  Please note that the rate quoted in the shipping calculator (unless flat rate is used) already includes the cost of insurance.  No additional USPS or UPS insurance is needed or offered.  In the very rare instance that an item is damaged in transit, you MUST keep all original packaging materials and please contact us so we can file an insurance claim quickly.

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases based on the overall box size and weight and a rate will be calculated after all items have been won upon request.  If you win multiple items, please contact us for a combined amount.  We do not allow the use of external shipping accounts.  All shipments from our store must use our shipping accounts.  

Items over $250 require signature confirmation upon delivery.  Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
