Please keep that in mind when leaving feedback. We charge actual cost plus one dollar for materials and handling. We use poly mailers exclusively for clothing items. Boxes are available for a three dollar extra charge to cover higher material and mailing costs, not to mention more handling time. Most items will be shipped via parcel post to keep your costs as low as possible. Priority Mail is offered as an option at a higher cost: if you desire faster transit times, you have a choice during checkout. We promise to ship within three business days of payment. Please remember that we have day jobs and sell with a small profit margin, as a sideline. If real life throws a curve and we cannot ship promptly, we will let you know. Please contact us if you desire expedited shipping, preferably before bidding: though we will try to accomodate you, circumstances may prevent such service. We exclusively ship via USPS. While they are normally efficient and fast, there are times when shipments get lost in the black hole and take far longer than either we or you expect. Shipping information and a confirmation number will be sent to you from Paypal Shipping. USPS confirmation numbers are not designed as tracking information. They frequently do not scan items until delivery, so the only information you can get is "label created" until the item is delivered. If you receive a confirmation number, we have already purchased the shipping label and we have dropped the item off the post office either that day or the next day. Once an item is delivered to USPS, we have the same information you do: as much as we have screamed at them on the rare occasion something goes wrong, we cannot influence them in any way or get any further information from them. WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT ON SHIPPING. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU THINK THE SHIPPING COST AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE. Please leave nothing but five star feedback when we live up to these standards: we'll contact you if there is a shipping problem. Due to the capricious and unfair nature of the Ebay standards, leaving anything but five stars is the equivalent of leaving a negative.
