Since ebay is now requiring a return policy, here is ours, which has worked for years. We handle return requests on a case by case basis. If you have a legitimate gripe, fine, we are fair and honest, and not trying to cheat anyone.
Scammers who try to return their old dead computer part or similar scams, will not be accomodated. This is why we mark the parts with an infra red marker.
We encourage people to do their homework and buy the correct item, everyone loses money shipping stuff back and forth, so this is why we have never specified a return policy on ebay in 10 years, until now that they are requiring it, since we didn't want to explicitly encourage returns. And, we have 100% feedback, so our customers are gererally pretty happy.
Also to me, buyer remorse isn't a good criteria for a return, but on a legitimate gripe, a return will be accepted with our sincere apology. Thanks.
