Bidder Restrictions: This auction is restricted to USA bidders only with payment in US Dollars only. We will accept only bids from bidders whose "ship to" address is located in one of the 50 states of the USA. International bidders are prohibited from bidding. We reserve the right to cancel and report any bids placed by bidders who do not meet these Bidder Restrictions.

Description of Condition - Grading: We make every effort to conservatively describe the condition of our auction items. It is our intent to understate rather than overstate condition. If you are uncertain as to the condition of our item after reading the description, viewing the pictures included and from the answers we provide to your submitted questions, then we highly recommend that you do not place a bid.

Shipping: We provide shipping to any of the 50 states of the USA. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail includes free delivery confirmation tracking. (USPS - United States Postal Service) Buyers are notified by USPS by e-mail when their item ships and can track the progress of their item with the provided confirmation tracking number. A 75¢ handling fee has been added to the shipping cost below.

Shipping Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delivery delays, misdirection or late packages due to US Postal Service problems or errors. We will ship your item within two (2) business days after we receive your payment. We will provide to you, the buyer, insurance at your option for  covering the final value of the item which you purchased. It will be your, the buyer's, responsibility to make any shipping damage claims directly to USPS.

Insurance: available at the buyer's option for $1.30 for up to $50 in value and $2.20 for over $50 up to $100 in value.

Combined Shipping: If you purchase two or more items, any combination of auction and/or Buy-It-Now, we will combine shipping to save you money. Since we try to have a quick turnaround once you, the buyer, have paid, we encourage you to make purchases at the same time and we will provide an invoice for all your purchases.

Instructions to Winning Bidder (After The Auction)

Payment is due no later than 7 calendar days after you, the winning bidder, are notified by ebaY. We will send an invoice after the auction closes. A sales tax of 7% will be included for Georgia residents only.

Payment : We accept PayPal only.

Returns: Please ask any questions before placing bids. We are anxious to insure that all potential bidders are well informed. If a buyer desires to return the item, we will consider authorizing returns on a case by case basis and only if the condition of the item has been grossly overstated. In all cases the buyer must receive our written authorization and instructions prior to actually making a return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In all situations the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold, properly protected in return shipment and insured, and the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be based on the outcome of that inspection. Refunds will be via PayPal only.
