Items sold, and paid in full over the weekend are processed starting on Monday, or the next business day in case of a holiday. Items that are broken or lost during shipment are covered only if insurance is purchased when invoiced. Items shipped without insurance are at your own risk! Free or Flat Rate shipping is available to the continental US only (Lower 48 States). Those of you who live in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Territories must contact us for shipping costs before purchasing. Flat rate or Free shipping can either be Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, or Parcel Post depending on location.
We are on the East Coast, so please allow 5 to 10 business days for West Coast delivery.

If your package was insured, please notify us within 1 business day of damage or lost parcel claims.
Uninsured parcels that are lost or damaged are not the responsibility of Pampooh's Place, LLC.
Tracking info will be sent to the email address you provided to Paypal and/or eBay when registering.
All UPS and Fed-Ex tracking numbers become active once the acceptance scan has been done.
USPS tracking info can be delayed up to 24 to 48 hrs depending on seasonal activity.

Items normally ship within 1 to 2 business days (Holidays ship times vary). Express items leave ASAP!!!

Items purchased and paid for during the weekend are processed beginning on the following Monday.
We reserve the right to reject any sale due to location, buyer history, or malicious activity.

Items returned to us for any reason other than defects or damage are not eligible for a shipping refund.
All items must have an RMA before a return can be authorized. Call or e-mail us for information.
Full refunds or exchanges are given only on damaged or defective merchandise.
