will be in the form of a check, unless buyer pays the appropriate

What do I do when I want to rent a
week?
Contact
me with the week desired and offer.
After
agreement is reached on the desired week and the price for the week
you will email me your mailing address.
Upon
receiving two (2) signed contracts you will:
Read over the rental agreement.
Sign both copies in the appropriate
places
Send one (1) copy back to return address
including full payment of rental week and security deposit.
Approximately
one (1) week before your stay you will receive a one week code to
access the house at your reserved time slot.
These
fees include bed linens, bath towels, weekly pool and hot tub maintenance,
and wireless internet access.
Fees
do NOT include maid service, beach towels, beach chairs, or hair dryer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Is required at signing and conditionally
refundable. This non-interest bearing deposit is not applied toward rental
fee and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days from departure date
provided the following provisions are met:
1. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond
normal wear and tear.
2. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents
or services rendered during the stay.
3. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
4. All key codes are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
5. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
6. No linens are lost or damaged.
7. No early check-in or late check-out has occurred.
8. Parking is limited to drive way only.
9. The renter/occupants are not evicted by the owner, or his
representative, the local law enforcement, and/or the security company
employed by Pine Island.
HURRICANE
OR STORM POLICY:can be purchased though travel insurance (beach
property). Insurance is the responsibility of the tenant/renter.
No refunds apply. It is strongly advisable that you purchase

Saturday to Saturday
Check-In: after 4 P.M.
EST; Check-Out by 11 A.M. EST.

4. MISREPRESENTATION:
any misrepresentation made by the renter/occupant in same will be a breach
of this Agreement and Landlord may terminate the tenancy. .
5. NO FURNITURE WITHIN
HOUSEHOLD MAY BE MOVED.
6. NO MOVING OUTSIDE
GRILL FROM ITS CURRENT LOCATION.
[Per Currituck County Fire
Marshal. If grill is moved, this is cause for eviction, as this
constitutes a sever safety hazard. Propane is on site, and if depleted,
must be refilled prior to check out date at renter’s expense.]
7. NO PARKING ON THE
BERM OF THE ROAD. PARKING ONLY PERMITTED ON THE DRIVEWAY OF
PREMISES.
8. USE OF PREMISES:
Occupant/renter shall maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary
condition and not disturb surrounding residents or the peaceful and quiet
enjoyment of the premises or surrounding premises. No items or
activities which can cause interference with the insurance coverage on the
premises will be permitted.
9. RISK OF LOSS:
Occupants/Renters’ personal property shall be at the risk of the renter and
Landlord shall not be liable for any damage to said personal property of
the renter arising from criminal acts, fire, storm, flood, rain or wind
damage, acts of negligence of any person whomsoever, or from the bursting
or leaking of water pipes.
10. ATTORNEY’S FEES:
If Landlord employs an attorney due to renter’s violation of the terms and
conditions of this lease, renter shall be responsible for all costs and
reasonable attorney’s fees as incurred by the Landlord whether or not suit
is filed. Landlord and renter waive the right to demand a jury trial
concerning any litigation between Landlord and renter.
