Nice looking radio that is not working..the cord has been cut off and i did add another to try it out but it wouldn't come on..not sure if it is a tube or not??..Has a bit of a scratch on top (picture 2) and tiny flecks of white paint which i won't try and remove.. Litle paint loss around small knob (pic 3) Selling "As Is"  someone who knows radios out there can fix it..please email with any questions or requests. On back Northern Electric Model 5708
