If you are the winning bidder, you will need to send deposit within 3 days.  You can either pay cash for a $500 discount or do a land contract with payments of $200 per month at 5% interest.  There are no other fees at all.  If you can afford $200 per month, you can own your own property.  No credit checks!  Everyone qualifies.
