Northwood Diamond Point/Fleur De Lis Opalescent Glass
This auction is for a beautiful, antique opalescent, ruffled glass bowl. It was made by H. Northwood Co. and was produced between 1906-08. It is in the Diamond Point & Fleur-de-lis pattern which is quite intricate and lovely. There are no known reproductions of this pattern. It has the Northwood "N" in the bottom middle. It measures 8" across and 3 1/2" tall. It is in great shape save for a straw line on the bottom and a small chip on one side of the bottom foot. It has a couple of teeny discolored rough spots on the underside. They almost look like teeny bits of sand. I do not know what they are called and it is possible they might clean off. I do not want to try for fear of damaging the glass. I have included lots of photos which can be enlarged.
