However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. Customer Service & Shipping Policy

•  If no payment is received within the stated time frame of 7 days, and the bidders has made no attempt to contact us to arrange a solution, the item will be relisted and the bidder will have no further claim on the item
  A Unpaid item Dispute notice will be listed and negative feedback left.
  If you have any paying problems, it is up to you to let us know and a reasonable amount of time will be given for payment
   All sales are final. We can only refund or exchange items that arrive defective or if it is our error in shipment. We will only exchange for the same item within 14 days of invoice.Feedback will be left once we have received feedback from buyers.
