You are looking at an original Rolling Stone magazine dated November 2, 2006 featuring a cartoonish Time to Go for Congress on the cover.  Spine and staples are still intact with very slight loosening.  Slight amount of wrinkles that have been flattened and a bit of lower right corner wear.  Original mailing stamp on this one.  The scans you see are of the actual items you are bidding on.  I get many questions asking if this is "normal" sized magazine due to the scanner bed size.  Unless any other condition issues or size issues are mentioned, assume that the magazines are all original condition.  The scanner just picks up much more high quality of pics than traditional camera taking does.  Please Email with any questions and international bidders please Email first for shipping quote.
